As we learned during Home Econ,Fad Diet is only some Instant Weight Loss. It is now very popular & many ppl had been using this kind of dieting. But it will only show short term results & it will make your body to lose alot of required nuitrition.Buts,"Fad Diet" this term is very subjective.Meabe someone lose weight for long term using this kinda method while some may not. This is due to a person's adaption to their eating habbits. If they continue to eat the amount they ate duirng fad dieting,they might succeed.But if u once 大吃大喝,u will gain back your weight almost instantly. Esp for adults. SO FAD DIETING IS OUT OUT OUT FROM THE LIST!

I am now trying to jump 300 times a day,as part of my exercise & i will skip dinner every day,& get rid of carbohydrate(part of fad diet)! yeah,it proved. I lost almost 20kg,it's SOLID TRUTH,okay?
